january wasn't the month i expected but that's for another story. i've been consuming a lot of sugar-y drinks (i know, i know) but it gave me a temporary comfort from all the stress i felt. having bubble tea for many times a week (heck, can't recall anymore) with 100% sugar level. oopsie. add up shawarma or takoyaki when days are overwhelming.

a takoyaki treat for myself, for doing most of the household chores :)

i still don't have a stable internet connection because our internet provider has yet to activate the modem for us to use. last december, we stopped using another internet provider due to its questionable charges they've been putting to us. so now, we rely for mobile data and mobile hotspot to work on our modules. i like to share that it's really expensive to reload $2-4/week (for a jobless student like me, with only enough savings to fund my weekly load). i told my mum to buy a prepaid wifi but she won't go for it too. in case you don't know: our place, Cebu, was one of the provinces badly hit by Typhoon Odette/Typhoon Rai and the damage it left, so our internet connection, electricity, and water was affected too. Another post about my Typhoon Odette/Rai experience.
How are you? :)
